California has opened back up! It’s COVID Independence Day! We discuss the details of California’s reopening including the response from local businesses and the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom. We also take a moment to discuss the upcoming Juneteenth holiday (June 19th) and why it should be thought of as a 2nd American Independence Day. Finally, we discuss the power of mission statements and vision statements to help give businesses a clear focus. I comment on my own mission statement exercise of the John Riley Project.
