It’s about teams making an honest self-evaluation, and then re-allocating assets and re-prioritizing initiatives. It’s about calculated risk taking and knowing when to go all in. It’s also about profitability, brand building, franchise valuation, and Legacy. So many great life lessons here about how we can take charge of our own lives and make disciplined self-improvement decisions.
