Phil Factor returned to the podcast to discuss the latest update on his candidacy for Poway City Council.  Phil shared his people first philosophy as we covered a range of Poway issues.  We discussed The Farm project at Stoneridge Golf Course and Phil teased us with his position on the project at the very end of the project.  We also discussed affordable housing at the Twin Peaks site, Monte Vista, the Big Stone Lodge, and the existing affordable housing across from Old Poway Park.  Phil shared his broader thoughts on development in Poway, making Poway affordable for locals and also attracting a diversity into our community.  Phil also shared many specifics on the development along Poway Road and shared thoughts on our fire department, sheriff, and water department.
